fanno 1000 storie x medicinali che non serve ricetta,mentre loro la vogliono e in tutte le altre farmacie te lo danno senza problemi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in farmacia per la prenotazione di un tampone, avendo sempre trovato un personale disponibile ho scelto questa a due passi da casa..purtroppo stavolta non è stato così, ad una semplice domanda in cui chiedevo informazioni ho ottenuto risposte davvero scortesi..Mi duole dover sconsigliare questa farmacia a causa di questo singolo elemento. Trattamento davvero terribile.
I went to the pharmacy to book a tampon, having always found a helpful staff I chose this one a stone's throw from home .. unfortunately this time it was not so, to a simple question in which I asked for information I got really rude answers .. It pains me to have to advise against this pharmacy because of this single item. Really terrible treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a telefonare alle 14,30 per avere informazioni di reperibiliità di un farmaco. Stanco di attendere al telefono mi sono recato alla sede Alle 16,10 mi sono messo in fila in attesa di essere servito.Quando è arrivato il mio turno In modo educato ho chiesto come mai non rispondevano al telefono. Mi è stato risposto "non siamo mica quà a grattarci".Sono rimasto basito.Signora E/o signorina lei è una grandissima maleducata.
I started calling at 2.30 pm to get information on the availability of a drug. Tired of waiting on the phone I went to the office At 4.10 pm I queued to wait to be served. When my turn came I politely asked why they weren't answering the phone. I was replied "we are not here to scratch". I was thrilled. Madam And / or Miss you are a great rude.
