Il dottore oltre che offrire prezzi davvero competitivi, è sempre disponibili e bravissimo a risolvere amche eventuali problemi. Si vede che ci tiene e lo da col cuore. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!!
 I had the opportunity to order several times online with Dr. Trivellone and I have always found excellent service. As well as offering really competitive prices, the doctor is always available and very good at solving any problems. You can see that he cares and gives it with his heart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Il servizio fa schifo nonostante la prenotazione bisogna aspettare fino ad un'ora al freddo per fare il tampone e se non la chiedi non ti danno neanche la ricevuta.
Direi che è decisamente da evitare, meglio andare a Rubiana dove sono gentili e costano 10€ i tamponi solo.

The service sucks despite the reservation you have to wait up to an hour in the cold to swab and if you don't ask for it they won't even give you a receipt.
I would say that it is definitely to be avoided, better to go to Rubiana where they are nice and only the tampons cost 10 €.
