Quando mi accorgo dell'errore lei si scusa e mi sostituisce il farmaco, me lo incarta, io fidandomi non controllo, ma chiedo se il prezzo è lo stesso. Lei mi risponde di sì. Arrivato a casa apro il pacchetto e il farmaco di nuovo non era quello indicato sulla ricetta, principi attivi diversi e diversa concetrazione. Torno in farmacia, mi serve un'altra farmacista, che mi chiede scusa, mi dice che al momento non avevano il farmaco che serviva a me e mi rimborsa 2,45 euro in meno. Io chiedo spiegazioni: il secondo farmaco (sbagliato) costava meno del primo! Alla fine ho ottenuto il rimborso di tutta la cifra che avevo pagato, ma la poca serietà dimostrata da questa gente è inaccettabile. I had to buy a prescription drug. I ask for explanations: the second drug (wrong) cost less than the first! In the end I got the reimbursement of all the amount I had paid, but the lack of seriousness shown by these people is unacceptable.

Arrivato a casa e aperto il flacone ho trovato le gocce sbagliate. Nulla da dire sulle farmaciste giovani, le quali sono sempre gentili e disponibili.
