★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che prima di essere venuta c'era un staff eccellente, professionale, ci mancherete tanto.Da quando è stata venduta, servizio pessimo, sgorbutici , insolenti si credono di essere Dio in terra scarseggiano farmaci che prima trovavi sempre, per me sono nessuno mischiato con niente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la non gestione come prima più umana e diventata solo una fabbrica con delle operaie non dottoresse. Mi dispiace prima era una farmacia gestita stupendamente adesso con i nuovi padroni dr max é solo un supermercato di medicinali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non posso metterne di meno. Personale sgarbato e impreparato, gestione dei clienti ignobile, come se solo loro avessero le medicine. Da evitare come la peste, non ci metteró più piede. Peccato perché un tempo con la vecchia versione era un bel posto. Non andateci.
I put a star because I can't put less. Rude and unprepared staff, ignoble customer management, as if only they had the medicines. To be avoided like the plague, I will never set foot there again. Too bad because once upon a time with the old version it was a nice place. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gestione precedente del dottor Daniele era impeccabile, disponibili, cordiali e gentili.
Gli attuali, maleducati (nemmeno salutano i clienti) altezzosi e superficiali sulla richiesta di formazioni.
Non tornerò mai più.
The previous management of Dr. Daniele was impeccable, helpful, friendly and kind.
The current, rude (not even greet customers) haughty and superficial about the request for training.
I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile telefonare, non rispondono. Trattamento dei clienti che definirei "disinteressato", se non "scortese". La posizione è comoda, ma preferisco fare qualche isolato in più ed essere servito in modo più cortese.ad esempio alla Farmacia Maestra in via PIol.
Impossible to call, they don't answer. Treatment of customers that I would define as "disinterested", if not "rude". The location is convenient, but I prefer to go a few more blocks and be served more courteously, for example at the Farmacia Maestra in via PIol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho messo 5 stelle e meriterebbero 10 stelle i DOTTORI che prima che la farmacia venisse venduta come tutto in Italia ad una multinazionale erano meravigliosi. ora ci sono due dottorini che pensano di vincere il premio Nobel per la madicina ma sono due ignoranti che ti chiedono la ricetta anche per i profilattici.
Oltretutto sempre una fila da minimo mezz'ora (per via dei dottorini che ti chiedono la ricetta per i profilattici) NON ANDATE IN QUESTA FARMACIA. In più e stata venduta ad una ditta LIGURE
I put 5 stars and DOCTORS deserve 10 stars who were wonderful before the pharmacy was sold like everything in Italy to a multinational. now there are two doctors who think they will win the Nobel Prize for madicina but they are two ignorant who ask you for the prescription even for condoms.
Besides, always a queue for at least half an hour (due to the doctors who ask you for the prescription for condoms) DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. In addition it was sold to a LIGURE company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo mettere 1 Stella, da poco abito a Rivoli, e mi sono servita diverse volte in questa farmacia, personale gentile sicuramente, ma non capisco xché facciano aspettare i clienti davanti al banco, parlando dei loro "affari". Tra l'altro è una settimana che cerco di telefonare x un'appuntamento x la cabina estetica, ma non risponde nessuno. Ma non è così che si fidelizzano i clienti!...
