m	marco bellezza fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fornite le indicazioni telefoniche richieste con cortesia, per questo non do una stella, ma due notazioni oggettivamente negative: 1) servizio a pagamento per la progettazione/configurazione della cucina in assenza di acquisto della stessa (mai riscontrato in nessun altro mobilificio), 2) considerazioni non lusinghiere e sommarie sulla concorrenza (il servizio non deve essere accompagnato dallo sminuire altri marchi, con giudizi peraltro opinabili). Provide the telephone information requested with courtesy, for this I do not give a star, but two objectively negative notations: 1) paid service for the design / configuration of the kitchen in the absence of purchase of the same (never found in any other furniture factory), 2) unflattering and summary considerations on competition (the service must not be accompanied by belittling other brands, with questionable judgments).

Che dire mi ha aspettato dopo l'orario di chiusura mi ha subito fatto il disegno di quello che chiedevo dandomi spiegazioni chiare e precise con prezzi trasparenti. Gentilezza, professionalità, ottimi prodotti ma l’aspetto che ci ha colpiti di più e’ stata la passione Trasmessa dai due titolari nel cercare la soluzione, sia estetica che funzionale, più adatta alle proprie esigenze..Siamo partiti con un preventivo cucina e abbiamo terminato con l’acquistare cucina, soggiorno e tavernetta! Non possiamo che dire grazie all’archittetto Pignat Luca e alla moglie Michela per averci “coccolato”ed accompagnato nella scelta dell’arredamento di casa.Negozio davvero consigliato! We started with a kitchen quote and we have finished with the purchase of kitchen, living room and rumpus room! Sono contentissimo della cucina ottenuta, e ringrazio Luca e Michela per la pazienza e professionalità che li contraddistingue ! Dopo aver letto la sua risposta dalla quale deduco che non si è trattato delo stress di un momento , mi vedo costretto ad abbassare la valutazione da due ad una stella. Non la farò lunga come ha fatto lei perchè non voglio annoiare gli eventuali lettori: aggiungerò solo che Lei non mi ha fornito il costo del tavolo scelto e non ha voluto neanche guardare la planimetria per la cucina. Meno male che non c'è solo Lei! Ci hanno talemente convinti che abbiamo arredato tutta la casa! Ci siamo rivolti nuovamente a loro anche oggi che dobbiamo modificare parte dell'arredamento. Persone competenti e disponibili. Sempre attente a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente sia nella vendita sia durante l'assistenza post vendita.
