Adele ha progettato la cucina che abbiamo sempre desiderato con estrema competenza e disponibilità, sempre pronta a consigliarci al meglio e a rivedere il progetto secondo le nostre esigenze, grazie di cuore! Grazie anche a Pietro che ci é stato di grande aiuto. Vorrei spendere anche una parola per i montatori: precisi fino al millimetro, pulitissimo, hanno lavorato senza sosta per montare tutto perfettamente, un servizio impeccabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo, consiglio davvero a tutti di andare a trovarli, sono certa che non tornere indietro! We relied on Arredamenti Agata for our new kitchen and we were happily impressed by everything, competent, kind and always smiling staff, qualities that are absolutely not always so obvious after several visits to other furniture shops. Adele has designed the kitchen we have always wanted with extreme competence and availability, always ready to advise us in the best possible way and to review the project according to our needs, thank you very much! I would also like to say a word for the fitters: precise down to the millimeter, very clean, they worked tirelessly to assemble everything perfectly, impeccable service. Ho acquistato la mia nuova cucina subito dopo il preventivo sia per il tempo che mi è stato dedicato alla redazione del medesimo (con visita in show room, progetto 3D e rendering inclusi), sia per aver avuto la possibilità di "toccare con mano" i materiali che mi stavano proponendo, sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che, almeno personalmente, ritengo ottimo. Mi è stata dimostrata grande attenzione anche dopo la firma del contratto, in particolar modo per il supporto alla gestione del finanziamento e per la presa delle misure definitive. Tempi di attesa medi, ma assolutamente comprensibili visti il momento storico ed i materiali/prodotti che ho scelto. Servizio di montaggio semplicemente eccellente, comprendendo in questa considerazione la pulizia, la precisione e l'attenzione con cui hanno lavorato, il rispetto delle parti comuni del condominio in cui vivo e, infine, il lungo tempo dedicato alle finiture e alla disponibilità a sostituire in post-vendita alcuni piccoli componenti standard leggermente imperfetti. Simply excellent assembly service, including in this consideration the cleanliness, precision and attention with which they worked, respect for the common parts of the condominium where I live and, finally, the long time dedicated to finishes and the willingness to replace in after-sales some small, slightly imperfect standard components.
