É vero che sono pronti ad ordinarli peró ci sono categorie di farmaci che una farmacia dovrebbe sempre avere per un servizio eccellente. Ieri avevo bisogno di un potente antidolorifico per un dolore neuropatico da prendere immediatamente ma nulla...! Anche questo da ordinare. Mi son permesso di dire che non avevano mai nulla ( naturalmente per l'ennesima delusione e per il disagio di dovermi recare in altra farmacia) ebbene il farmacista davanti a tutti i presenti mi ha detto le seguenti parole" se non abbiamo mai nulla non venga più..". Per caritá, ognuno ha il diritto di dire ció che vuole se si sente attaccato, peró da un professionista mi sarei aspettato un'altra reazione.
It is not the first time that they don't have drugs in this pharmacy. It is true that they are ready to order but there are categories of drugs that a pharmacy should always have for excellent service. Yesterday I needed a powerful pain reliever for neuropathic pain to take immediately but nothing ...! Also this to order. I took the liberty of saying that they never had anything (naturally due to yet another disappointment and the inconvenience of having to go to another pharmacy) well the pharmacist in front of everyone present said the following words to me "if we never have anything more..". For heaven's sake, everyone has the right to say what they want if they feel attacked, but I would have expected another reaction from a professional.
