Purtroppo però ci siamo imbattuti nel DIPENDENTE ANZIANO CON GLI OCCHIALI che ahimè non so il nome. Pur avendo una ricetta elettronica “DEMATERIALIZZATA” il farmacista non mi ha voluto dare il medicinale perché la voleva cartacea!!! Siamo seri??? Mi ha detto di andare da un altra parte, comportandosi da vero maleducato considerando l’urgenza e l’orario (mezzanotte) È assurdo. siete fortunati che abbiamo trovato un altra farmacia con gente disponibile e seria pronta ad aiutarci. Spero abbiate almeno il contegno di richiamare questo personaggio, perché sono davvero senza parole. I came with my fiancée and we were in URGENT need of medication. Despite having a “DEMATERIALIZED” electronic prescription, the pharmacist didn't want to give me the medicine because he wanted it on paper !!! Are we serious ??? He told me to go somewhere else, behaving like a real rude considering the urgency and the time (midnight) Is absurd. you are lucky that we have found another pharmacy with helpful and serious people ready to help us. I hope you at least have the demeanor to recall this character, because I am truly speechless.

Il medico del turno nutturno ha insultato mia madre dicendole letteralmente "ma tu tornate a casa tua" perché probabilmente ha cambiato che lei non ha origini italiane, il mutivo della sua aggressione è perché mia mamma ha cercato di attirare la sua attenzione chiamandolo 2 volte. Veramente una esperienza traumatica A bad experience. H	Herman Samby Kachurin Smeraldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione in merito alla visita mia e di un famigliare ieri sera verso le 20:00 , per segnalare maleducazione è incompetenza di un farmacista, ovvero un signore di una certa età di tale maleducazione è impazienza .. nonostante stessi chiedendo i medicinali di cui avevo bisogno , costui girava gli occhi e la testa all'insù adducendo poca voglia di lavorare ed pure facendomi carpire che che lo stavamo scocciando!! Rimanendo in coda ho potuto confermare tale comportamento con tutti i clienti .. sopratutto con gli stranieri !! Quando chiedevi di pagare con bancomat sbuffava e ti lanciava in malo modo i medicinali, a tal punto da ammaccarli tutti!! Lo trovo inammissibile !!! Non ci verrò mai più in questa farmacia nonostante sia aperta 24 h. Il farmacista inoltre non mi ha manco chiesto se preferivo in pastiglie o solubile e se preferivo un gusto piuttosto ad un altro .. La cosa più grave che manco ti saluta con un arrivederci, ti fa pagare e ti sbatte quasi quasi i medicinali in faccia se non ci fosse il vetro !! I will never come to this pharmacy again despite it being open 24 hours. The pharmacist also did not even ask me if I preferred in tablets or soluble and if I preferred one taste to another .. there was no glass !!

I farmacisti e il direttore Dr. Chiesa è sempre disponibile ad andare incontro alle necessità dei clienti. L'unica cosa che chiederei loro è di mettersi il cartellino con il loro nome e cognome perché per qualsiasi evenienza si possa dire con chi mi ha rilasciato il prodotto. Questa è una cosa che ho sempre chiesto, per il resto posso dire che è la mia farmacia preferita perché sono tutti indistintamente gentili e attenti. Buona domenica a tutti I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and I have always found myself very well. The pharmacists and the director Dr. Chiesa is always available to meet the needs of customers. The only thing I would ask them is to put on the tag with their name and surname so that for any eventuality we can tell who released the product to me.
