★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi c'era un cane che scorrazzava nella farmacia, non legato, che abbaiava. Cortesemente, per motivi di igiene e di rispetto per i clienti, evitate di tenere cani in giro, anche se sono di vostra proprietà.
 Today there was a dog running around in the pharmacy, unbound, barking. Please, for reasons of hygiene and respect for customers, avoid keeping dogs around, even if they are your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino ad un paio di anni fa in questa farmacia si trovavano farmacisti (in buona parte donne) estremamente cordiali e attenti ai Clienti. Era il mio punto di riferimento. Poi improvvisamente e' cambiato il personale e ora li trovi tutti perennemente imbronciati, quasi seccati e con dei modi poco attenti al Cliente. Stasera mi ha servito una dottoressa che aveva un atteggiamento veramente fastidioso.
Until a couple of years ago, pharmacists (mostly women) were extremely friendly and attentive to customers in this pharmacy. It was my point of reference. Then suddenly the staff changed and now you find them all perpetually pouting, almost annoyed and with ways not very attentive to the customer. Tonight I served a doctor who had a really annoying attitude.
