Le dottoresse che hanno eseguito i test molto brave e affabili, la stessa cosa non si può dire per il titolare della farmacia che era all'accoglienza... Mi ha rimproverato come fossi bambina dell'asilo perché avevo toccato la sua penna (che comunque era a disposizione sul banchetto), alla mia domanda se dovevo mostrargli la tessera sanitaria (come mi hanno sempre richiesto) per la detrazione mi ha risposto che non si faceva i miei affari fiscali e alla mia richiesta di avere il modulo per il consenso informato da portare a casa (in modo da arrivare già preparata la volta successiva) mi ha fulminato con lo sguardo e mi ha risposto "assolutamente no, sono documenti riservati.." questo in breve! Mi dispiace perché comprendo bene la fatica di questo periodo, difficile per tutti ma non comprendo l'arroganza e la spocchia...soprattutto quando si ha a che fare con la clientela più varia... Non credo che tale servizio sia espletato dalla Farmacia in modo gratuito e comunque la richiesta di un cliente va sempre rispettata. Complimenti per la professionalità dimostrata! C	CHIARA ZIGGIOTTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'altro giorno in ospedale a Rovigo hanno prescritto un farmaco a mio suocero che, chiamando tutte le farmacie della zona, nessuno aveva e non si poteva ordinare perché il magazzino ne era sprovvisto. Ho cercato in internet e mi sono ritrovata a chiamare la farmacia Mazzucchelli. Il Dottor Ettore mi ha detto avere scorta di questo medicinale e ho chiesto di fare la consegna a domicilio. Posso dire che la cortesia è stata veramente molta, mi ha fatto presente i costi dell'operazione quasi scusandosi del fatto che il corriere costasse troppo visto il ticket irrisorio. Il giorno dopo l'ho chiamato per confermare l'ordine ed è a stato veramente molto disponibile e gentile. Se fosse a Rovigo sarebbe di sicuro la mia farmacia di riferimento. Grazie perché mi avete risolto un grosso problema....in questo periodo critico in cui siamo, non è facile lavorare con il pubblico in generale e trovare chi ti aiuta anche se non sei un cliente abituale non è così scontato. Tolto il fatto che non siete nemmeno capaci di consigliare in maniera giusta visto le svariate volte che mi avete fatto comprare medicine sbagliate. Io mi rifornirò da un altra parte senza alcun problema. I live right above the Mazzuchelli pharmacy and yet I am forced to go elsewhere because some doctors, the older ones especially the blonde, are rude and arrogant. Apart from the fact that you are not even able to advise in the right way given the many times you have made me buy the wrong medicines. I will refuel from elsewhere without any problem.
