★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale scortese. soprattutto la signora bionda dai capelli corti. poco efficienti. molte volte si dimenticano anche di scrivere il codice fiscale sullo scontrino, pur dicendoglielo anticipatamente, dopodiché non rifanno lo scontrino pur essendo stata loro la distrazione. lo trovo scorretto.
rude staff. especially the short-haired blonde lady. not very efficient. many times they also forget to write the tax code on the receipt, even if they tell them in advance, after which they do not redo the receipt even though it was their distraction. I find it incorrect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima! Mi hanno preparato la stessa soluzione galenica a distanza di 2 mesi l'una dall'altra. La prima 500 ml pagata 9.50 euro e la seconda 50 ml(che per altro avevo ordinato 500 ml)pagata 16 euro!!! Spiego l'accaduto con le bottiglie alla mano e mi dicono che sicuramente c'è stato un errore al primo acquisto. Dunque se 50 ml costa 16 euro, 500 ml quanto costerebbe 160 euro???? Mancanza di trasparenza totale
Terrible! They prepared the same galenic solution for me within 2 months of each other. The first 500 ml paid 9.50 euros and the second 50 ml (which I had ordered 500 ml) paid 16 euros !!! I explain what happened with the bottles in hand and they tell me that there was certainly an error on the first purchase. So if 50 ml costs 16 euros, 500 ml how much would it cost 160 euros ???? Lack of total transparency
