Premetto di essere stato titolare di una cattedra ala Facoltà di Farmacia dell'Università degli Studi di Milano. Avendo avuto difficoltà nell'aprire una fiala di Nootropil ho chiesto ragguagli e ho avuto la sventura di avere come anfitrione il Dottor Roberto dall'Osso. Egli ha aperto una fiala acquistata nella sua farmacia premendo su un piccolo triangolo impresso nella fiala. Gli ho fatto presente che nelle istruzioni collegate al farmaco non vi era alcuna indicazione sulla metodologia da seguire per l'apertura. Il dottore ha avuto modo di verificare che se non si seguiva questa procedura non riportata la fiala non si apriva. Egli è stato estremamente sgradevole durante tutto l'incontro per cui ho deciso che ovviamente cambierò farmacia
I am back from an extremely negative experience and I want to make it known. I state that I have held a professorship at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Milan. Having had difficulty opening a Nootropil vial, I asked for information and I had the misfortune of having Doctor Roberto dall'Osso as host. He opened a vial purchased in his pharmacy by pressing on a small triangle engraved in the vial. I pointed out to him that in the instructions linked to the drug there was no indication on the methodology to be followed for opening. The doctor was able to verify that if this unspecified procedure was not followed, the vial would not open. He was extremely unpleasant throughout the meeting so I decided that of course I will change the pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza!!! dopo aver fatto un tampone non è stato comunicato e non mi è stato possibile partecipare a una cena di lavoro (figura di m.. con il committente). E per di più quando ho chiamato per comunicare il disagio mi hanno pure preso in giro! mi chiamo David Degli Innocenti
Bad experience !!! after taking a swab it was not communicated and I was not able to attend a business dinner (figure of m .. with the client). And what's more, when I called to report the discomfort, they also made fun of me! my name is David Degli Innocenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per prenotare tampone antigenico mi hanno detto di andare di persona senza prenotare perché non c'era fila. Arrivo in farmacia attesa di 30min per un tampone perché erano tutti prenotati... personale scortese e poco umano. Farmacia disorganizzata con poco personale.
Scomodissimo andare in auto.
Mai più per il trattamento ricevuto.
I call to book unsanitary pad they told me to go in person without booking because there was no queue. I arrive at the pharmacy waiting for 30min for a tampon because they were all booked ... rude and unhuman staff. Disorganized pharmacy with few staff.
Very uncomfortable to go by car.
Never again for the treatment received.

Chiamo per chiedere informazioni sul perché non sia stato comunicato l'esito del mio tampone positivo, mi viene data risposta sbrigativa, con tono scocciato e mi viene riattaccato il telefono in faccia. Oltre al danno anche la beffa, sono parecchio risentito.
Not recommended experience, will not return. I call to ask for information on why the result of my positive swab has not been communicated, I am given a hasty answer, in an annoyed tone and the phone is hung up in my face. In addition to the injury, also the insult, I am quite resentful.
