★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piccolo ma abbastanza fornito. Ha il vantaggio di trovarsi di fronte all'ingresso del vecchio ospedale, dove vengono ancora svolti alcuni servizi, come i prelievi. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale e la coda è gestita con il classico sistema a prenotazione tramite ticket all'ingresso

Sono, per l'appunto, le responsabili di una delle due Farmacie facenti parte del circuito APOTECA NATURA di ABOCA.
Prodotti di numerosi brand non mancano, ma non lo definirei un supermercato, a me personalmente piace dare una sbirciatina ai prodotti viso, corpo, scarpe, profumatori d'ambiente, tisaniere, ecc.
Voglio dire, in tanto che sei in coda, perché no?
Hanno un sistema di numerazione digitale touchscreen all'interno molto efficace ed efficiente, con cassa veloce e differenziato per ciascuna necessità.
Grazie al loro network, hanno cabine private dove si possono eseguire i più svariati esami, dalla misurazione del colesterolo, all'ECG, fototerapia Bioptron, ecc., il tutto ovviamente nella più completa riservatezza.
Professionali, disponibili e simpatiche con tutti. Una lode anche ai collaboratori e dipendenti. Soprattutto a Matteo.
Personalmente, mi é capitato di osservare più volte Lorella, che interagiva con ragazzi extra-comunitari seguendoli passo per passo in tutte le loro fasi di compravendita, nonostante in farmacia ci fosse coda.
Oltre ad offrire dunque un servizio estremamente dedicato al cliente, viene offerta anche la possibilità di avere un servizio celere.
Ambiente super adatto a persone fragili. Consiglio calorosamente.
Doctors Antonella and Lorella have been my pharmacists for over 5 years now.
They are, in fact, the managers of one of the two pharmacies belonging to the APOTECA NATURA circuit of ABOCA.
There is no shortage of products from numerous brands, but I wouldn't call it a supermarket, I personally like to take a peek at face, body, shoes, room fragrances, herbal teas, etc.
I mean, while you're in the queue, why not?
They have a very effective and efficient digital touchscreen numbering system inside, with a fast and differentiated cash desk for each need.
Thanks to their network, they have private booths where they can perform the most varied tests, from the measurement of cholesterol, to ECG, Bioptron phototherapy, etc., all obviously in complete confidentiality.
Professional, helpful and nice to everyone. A praise also to the collaborators and employees. Especially to Matteo.
Personally, I happened to observe Lorella several times, interacting with non-EU children following them step by step in all their buying and selling phases, despite the fact that there was a queue at the pharmacy.
In addition to offering an extremely dedicated service to the customer, it also offers the possibility of having a fast service.
Super environment suitable for fragile people. I warmly recommend.
