S	Sabrina Meneghin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto delusa dalla segretaria N, sono una pz da più anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene con tutto il personale, a parte l'ultima visita, dove la stessa ha avuto a mio parere un'atteggiamento supponente e maleducato, , atteggiamento che avevo già riscontrato al telefono x fissare appuntamento, davvero stupita da questo cambiamento, vorrei fare presente alla persona sopracitata che c'è un confine molto labile tra farsi rispettare dalle persone maleducate e abbassarsi al loro livello, e questo mi spiace x lei. All'assistente nuova del dottore vorrei farle notare che quando si mette le mani sulle persone, bisogna avere tatto e non la ""delicatezza di un'elefante". Ringrazio il Dottor Mazza, perchè dopo tanto che non lo vedevo, è rimasto l'unico che , che mi ha trattato con gentilezza, cortesia e professionalità, 3 caratteristiche che chi lavora con le persone, che ancora prima di pz sono PERSONE , non dovrebbero venire mai meno.Grazie dell'attenzione.
