Devono e vogliono venderti prodotti omeopatici/di erboristeria o simili (per lo più inutili placebo) a tutti i costi.
Puoi anche andare lì in punto di morte e cercheranno sempre e comunque di rifilarti lo sciroppetto omeopatico!
Sempre e solo pronti a fare cassa a qualsiasi costo noncuranti dei reali bisogni-richieste del paziente/cliente

They must and want to sell you homeopathic / herbal products or the like (mostly useless placebo) at all costs.
You can also go there on the verge of death and they will always try to get the homeopathic syrup!
Always and only ready to make cash at any cost regardless of the real needs / requests of the patient / client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno sbagliato darmi una medicina, mi hanno venduto la versione per bambini di uno spray nasale al posto di quella per adulti e appena accorta solo perché ero già uscita dalla farmacia appena oltrepassata la porta, mi hanno detto che ormai non potevano più cambiarlo e che dovevo dirglielo appena me lo passavano in mano. Ritengo che siano poco onesti leggendo anche le esperienze degli altri qui sotto.
They made a mistake in giving me a medicine, they sold me the children's version of a nasal spray instead of the adult one and hardly noticed just because I had already left the pharmacy just through the door, they told me that now they could no longer change it and that I had to tell them as soon as they passed it into my hand. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è più un negozio che una farmacia, in quanto si cerca sempre di rifilare farmaci omeopatici/ o comunque diversi da quelli richiesti pur di vendere. Anni fa andai in questa farmacia per chiedere un'antistaminico con la ricetta e mi rifilarono a tutti i costi un farmaco omeopatico a base di sali marini per via orale. Questo problema lo hanno riscontrato anche molte persone che conoscono che frequentano la farmacia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante l'efficacia dei servizi per i medicinali convenzionali, insopportabile il continuo propugnare di prodotti omeopatici, che sono solo utili per le loro casse evidentemente. Se sono necessari per arrotondare, per lo meno avvisate i clienti che l'acqua e zucchero non è miracolosa.

O se proprio dovete farlo per arrotondare avvisate che non ci sono indicazioni terapeutiche o prove di efficacia. Disonesti danneggiatori seriali
Stop trimming sugary candies as a cure, or homeopathic products at all costs.
Or if you really have to do it to round up, warn that there are no therapeutic indications or evidence of efficacy. Dishonest serial offenders
