Se non si può accontentare un cliente, lo si dice in modo cordiale e gentile. Sarebbe forse il caso di informarsi e mettersi d'accordo prima di dare informazioni errate ai clienti. Ho fatto 10 km per niente! Preciso che mi è stata chiesta subito l'età della bambina n farmacia e mi è stato detto immediatamente di no, mia figlia non è stata neanche guardata e nessuno le ha chiesto nulla, quindi trovo decisamente fuori luogo le sue false giustificazioni. Come fa a sapere che la bambina non era convinta ed era impaurita? La sua affermazione è ridicola e senza fondamento. Inoltre al telefono ho detto espressamente ed immediatamente che era una bambina di 4 anni, e mi è stato risposto "ma si certo va bene non c'è problema". Imparate ad assumervi le vostre responsabilità senza scaricare le colpe sui clienti! Ovviamente non è stato neanche specificato prima della consegna nonostante avessi dato tutte le indicazioni specifiche del mio caso,sé no mi sarei risparmiato il pessimo servizio e questa recensione. Immagino che chi ha fatto la consegna non esca mai senza protezioni, che non vada a fare la spesa, o a cena fuori perché probabilmente rischia di infettarsi. Ho trovato semplicemente vergognoso tale comportamento, privo di etica in tutti i sensi. Asked for home delivery due to inability to walk ... Hanno saputo mettere subito mia figlia a propio agio e con tatto l'hanno tranquillizzata e nel giro di 10 minuti abbiamo finito! Io ne ho approfittato anche per fare un giro in farmacia e ho visto il vasto assortimento di creme e prodotti, ormai, per me indispensabili! Complimenti!
