Chiami per ordinare una medicina e quando vai la apposta per ritirarla ti dicono scuse assurde come se fosse una colpa del cliente che non é arrivata nonostante fosse stato detto telefonicamente per ben 2 volte quello che mi serviva e il numero di ricetta. Forse andrebbero meglio a prendere ordinazioni di pizze ...
Incompetent and inattentive staff. You call to order a medicine and when you go there on purpose to collect it they tell you absurd excuses as if it were the fault of the customer who did not arrive despite being told by telephone twice what I needed and the prescription number. Maybe they would be better off taking pizza orders ...

sua risposta interrompendomi: "e mi deve lasciare, mi deve lasciare perché sono molto impegnata, mi richiami più tardi arriverci" e mi mette giù il telefono!! ma se sei impegnata non rispondere al telefono!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho fatto 4 farmacie x un semplice tampone purtroppo richiesto solo x far visita ad estetisti e parrucchieri. Ho trovato un signore al banco paziente gentilissimo che ha speso il suo tempo x indicarmi dove li trovavo. Sono uscita pensando :"fossero tutti così" grazie
Today I did 4 pharmacies x a simple tampon unfortunately only required x to visit beauticians and hairdressers. I found a very kind patient gentleman at the desk who took his time to show me where I found them. I went out thinking: "they were all like this" thank you
