Ho richiesto un appuntamento per l'esame del capello e la prima volta, il giorno prima, mi hanno avvisato che per non si sa quale motivi, l'appuntamento era annullato e di riprenderlo la settimana successiva. Il secondo appuntamento mi è stato programmato una mattina dopo le ore 11. Dopo essermi presentato alle 11.15 mi viene detto che il medico non è presente e che sarebbe tornato dopo 15 minuti. Dopo 15 minuti mi ripresento e mi viene detto che il mio appuntamento era fissato per le ore 11 e che il medico ora avrebbe avuto altri appuntamenti da gestire e di riprendere l'appuntamento. Grande professionalità.
Unprofessional and helpful staff. I requested an appointment for the hair exam and the first time, the day before, they warned me that for some unknown reason, the appointment was canceled and to resume it the following week. The second appointment was scheduled for one morning after 11.00 am. After showing up at 11.15 am I am told that the doctor is not present and that he would be back in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I come back and am told that my appointment was set for 11 am and that the doctor would now have other appointments to manage and to resume the appointment. Great professionalism.
