Oltre a saper dare consigli preziosi, riesce con il suo splendido sorriso (che traspare anche dagli occhi, nonostante ultimamente la mascherina lo nasconda) ad infondere sollievo già prima di qualsiasi farmaco. Fortunati ad avere una farmacia così efficente, gli abitanti della zona.
