Eravamo in quattro ed abbiamo richiesto 10 portate diverse, tutte buonissime ed uscite secondo comanda. Del cibo confermo tutto quanto di buono detto nelle precedenti recensioni. Vorrei mettere in evidenza il superlativo servizio prestato dalla gentilissima e professionale signorina che ha preso le ordinazioni e dall'attentissimo cameriere. In riferimento a quest'ultimo vorrei dire che nel corso del pranzo forse mi sono girato (ero di spalle alla cucina) cinque o sei volte per richieste varie ed alzando semplicemente la mano lui era sempre lì pronto ed attento. Servizio veramente ottimo e discreto. Ultima cosa, il pranzo vale il viaggio (io un'oretta), comunque la zona offre tantissimo.Dopo pranzo siamo andati a visitare il borgo di San Donato e la grotta dell' angelo (entrambi a 3 minuti) veramente bellissimi. With reference to the latter I would like to say that during the course of lunch I may have turned around (I was with my back to the kitchen) five or six times for various requests and by simply raising my hand he was always there ready and attentive. Really great and discreet service. Last thing, lunch is worth the trip (I am an hour), however the area offers a lot. After lunch we went to visit the village of San Donato and the cave of the angel (both 3 minutes away) really beautiful.

Un cameriere di nome Giuseppe estremamente gentile e professionale attento ai clienti e altrettanto la sua fidanzata. Pietanze cucinate divinamente. Segnalo il misto di carne e le bruschette hai funghi. Un sapore veramente indescrivibile. Fermatevi in questa baita a San Donato di Ninea farete felice il Vostro palato. Frankly I wasn't expecting ... Wood-paneled interior, simple but very welcoming. An extremely kind and professional waiter named Giuseppe, attentive to customers, as was his fiancée. Divinely cooked dishes. I point out the mixture of meat and bruschetta you have mushrooms. A truly indescribable flavor. Stop in this hut in San Donato di Ninea you will make your palate happy.

Una splendida bistecca di maiale con funghi e formaggio e per finire un amaro aromatizzato con pompelmo e rosmarino... tutto ottimo e sicuramente da ritornarci Beautiful location, very comfortable environment and above all excellent cuisine. A splendid pork steak with mushrooms and cheese and finally an amaro flavored with grapefruit and rosemary ... all excellent and definitely worth returning to.

Siamo rimasti incantati dall'ambiente raffinato, dalla location esclusiva tutta in legno (sembra di essere in Trentino) e dalla gentilezza del proprietario. I piatti sono a dir poco squisiti, antipasto ricchissimo, primi piatti tipici ottimi, carne servita sulla griglia di pietra lavica deliziosa. Tutto ottimo e ad un prezzo assolutamente contenuto. E tutto anche per celiaci. È SICURAMENTE UNO DEI MIGLIORI RISTORANTI DOVE ABBIA MAI MANGIATO. We found ourselves in this restaurant on our way back from the Pettoruto sanctuary because I had read that it made gluten-free dishes. We were enchanted by the refined environment, by the exclusive location all in wood (it seems to be in Trentino) and by the kindness of the owner. The dishes are nothing short of exquisite, very rich appetizer, excellent typical first courses, meat served on the delicious lava stone grill. All excellent and at an absolutely affordable price. And all for celiacs too. IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS I HAVE EVER EATEN.
