Ho acquistato del miele locale veramente squisito (apicoltura Gervasoni Erminio di Roncobello) e dei formaggi, giudicati (io sono allergica al lattosio!) i migliori della zona (dovete richiedere i prodotti però, perché il banco è veramente piccolo!). Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. A place a little hidden in Gardata (hamlet of Branzi), near the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Neve, but characteristic! I bought some really delicious local honey (beekeeping Gervasoni Erminio di Roncobello) and cheeses, judged (I'm allergic to lactose!) The best in the area (you have to request the products though, because the counter is really small!). Excellent value for money. Parking nearby.

L'azienda ha ottenuto negli anni tanti riconoscimenti e premi per i loro prodotti e allevamenti. Very good cheeses from mountain pastures and a considerable variety of dairy products processed by them, low prices. Nice and kind owners. The company has obtained over the years many awards and prizes for their products and farms.

Posso assicurare che una volta trovato la qualità e bontà dei latticini compenserà la ricerca. Gentilezza e competenza fanno parte del loro DNA. This historic dairy should be sought, as it is a little out of the way from the classic tourist circuits. Di pasta semi dura, piacevole fin dai primi morsi fino a lasciare un piacevole sapore in bocca. A mio avviso da gustare da solo con un buon bicchiere di vino. Se vi trovate in questa zona e vi piace il formaggio dovreste far visita a questa Azianda, sicuramente troverete qualcosa di vostro gradimento. It is not always easy to find good but above all genuine products. I tried the "Formai de Mut" and found it great. Semi-hard paste, pleasant from the first bites until leaving a pleasant taste in the mouth. In my opinion to be enjoyed alone with a good glass of wine. If you are in this area and you like cheese you should pay a visit to this Azianda, you will surely find something to your liking.
