Il formai de Mut ed il Branzi con diverse stagionature sono giΓ una buona motivazione, oltre a ciΓ² taleggi, formaggelle ed anche formaggi caprini sono un ulteriore spinta. Ottimi i salumi CΓ‘ del Botto, anche le composte da abbinare ai formaggi, ed il miele
A disposizione anche Parmigiano e Grana con diversi gradi di stagionatura. Ultimo ma non meno importante il burro.
Strepitoso, anche nell'impiego di ricette per realizzare ad esempio delle torte.
