Mi è capitato più volte di mettermi in fila, anche lunga, e notare che il personale presente dietro al bancone continua nelle sue attività di "back office" disinteressandosi completamente di chi è li in attesa. Una volta potrebbe essere stato un caso ma più volte ....è proprio una strategia (se così vogliamo chiamarla) aziendale. Pessime.
Attention to the customer close to zero. It happened to me several times to get in line, even a long one, and notice that the staff behind the counter continue in their "back office" activities, completely disinterested in those who are waiting there. Once it could have been a case but several times .... it is really a corporate strategy (if we want to call it that). Worst.
