Alle 16:20 la saracinesca è alzata di qualche decina di cm, nell'attesa di una effettiva apertura parliamo tra noi al telefono commentando l'anomalia e una voce femminile, dall'interno, rappresenta che l'orario di apertura è 16:30 e che "non bisogna guardare internet", molto probabilmente ha gravi difficoltà a scusarsi per l'eventuale mancato aggiornamento della fonte citata poc'anzi.
Cosa fare?
Forse non basta essere consapevoli che siamo nel 2021!
Viva la cortesia, la gentilezza e l'educazione di chi non conosce queste parole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sperimentato in questo luogo molto supponenza, una disattenzione insistita verso il cliente, atteggiamenti questi non professionali. In generale, un clima che non ti aspetti in un ambiente del genere. Mah.. per fortuna non abito in centro.
