★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 22/06/21 ore 15,15 purtroppo mi sono trovato di fronte un commesso seduto sul bancone con i piedi appoggiati su un cassetto delle medicine senza mascherina che chiaccherava con la dottoressa che poi mi ha servito.Altra cliente presente.Pessima immagine da tutti i punti di vista.

Ho sempre trovato un clima sereno, di sorrisi e di empatia. Si ha la sensazione di entrare in un posto familiare in cui regnano educazione, attenzione e accoglienza. Quando ho cominciato a frequentarla, quasi non credevo ai miei occhi. Non era il tipico luogo freddo, mesto, asettico in cui sei solo un utente da servire, ma una persona con le sue fragilità e il bisogno di comprensione. Ecco, qui ho trovato molta umanità.
E in questi tempi bui, in cui dobbiamo mantenere le distanze dagli altri, ricevere il loro abbraccio è un balsamo per il cuore.
E una carezza irrinunciabile. Grazie ai farmacisti di CasalPalocco, uomini e donne di trincea che svolgono il loro compito in modo eccellente e con generosità.

Purtroppo mi sono imbattuto in un commesso ,al banco delle medicine, maleducato e arrogante, non conosce assolutamente cosa sia la gentilezza e la cortesia. Mi ha risposte con aria attezzosa e di superiorità.
Dispiace perché sono sempre andato in questa farmacia da anni e non c era questo tipo di personale.
Non andrò piu. Consiglio maggior controllo da parte della proprietà/responsabili.

Bravissimi e instancabili.
Hanno inoltre un’ampia scelta di prodotti con sconti vantaggiosi e disponibilità immediata di farmaci veterinari. Cosa rara senza ordinazione ed attesa.
