Sebbene gli spazi interni siano ampi la varietà dei prodotti di parafarmaco non è molto alta, in particolare quelli per la cura dei bambini e neonati. Prezzi alti con delle formule 3x2 su molti prodotti che alla fine però costano più che singolarmente rispetto ad altri esercizi. L'area aperta ai clienti nella notte e un angolo dell'edificio all'aperto sporco male illuminato e pieno di macchine parcheggiate, quindi non fruibile a costoro che hanno mobilità ridotta. Personale abbastanza distratto e poco collaborativo.Difficile parcheggiare. Pharmacy also open at night with a wide selection of drugs. Lasciavo il mio recapito telefonico ricevendo garanzia di ricontatto successivo. Ma non chiamava nessuno per giorni....provavo quindi per giorni a contattare il numero 06 5216292 che squillava sempre libero ma inesorabilmente la linea cadeva sempre per sfinimento.... Tentavo allora di mandare delle mail, alle quali nessuno ha mai risposto. Il giorno 7 mi recavo di persona alla suddetta farmacia per avere informazioni. Mi veniva detto che l'ordine non era stato effettuato non si sà il motivo. Quindi un altra signora ( credo straniera molto educata ) si scusava del disguido e provvedeva ad effettuare un nuovo ordine verificandone prima la disponibilità. Mi garantiva l'arrivo per il giorno successivo dalle ore 10.30 in poi. Alle ore 15,30 mi recavo nuovamente per il ritiro. Mi veniva comunicato che non era arrivato e che non risultava neanche disponibile nei giorni successivi neanche in altre succursali. Quindi mi veniva detto: "ordinatelo da solo su internet". Sconcertato per tale incompetenza me ne andavo. Embarrassing professionally speaking. Before Christmas, Mrs. Ilaria ordered me an electric toothbrush. I left my telephone number and received a guarantee of subsequent contact. Ambiente pulito, sufficientemente areato e climatizzato oltre che fornito di sistemi di rilevamento temperatura. Nonostante i clienti fossero oltre 10 al mio ingresso, devo dire che ho atteso meno di 5 minuti, il ché è ragionevole. Al banco sono stato servito in tempi rapidissimi e con la massima competenza. Per i prezzi non saprei dire ma posso aggiungere che mi è stata chiesta la tessera sanitaria per lo scarico, cosa che in molte altre farmacie non avviene. Tutto sommato le 5 stelle sono per questa mia personalissima esperienza anche se avrei dovuto attendere almeno altre situazioni per una valutazione più precisa.
