★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso sia l'unica farmacia di quartiere che non informa il cliente della possibilità di prendere un generico al posto del farmaco richiesto!! In altre farmacie sono sempre stata informata e messa nella condizione di scegliere se sostituire il farmaco richiesto con un generico oppure no! In questa sono stata informata, per pura casualità, quando ormai lo scontrino era stato emesso e mi è stato detto esplicitamente che non erano intenzionati ad annullarlo perché già mi avevano fatto un favore a darmi un farmaco senza ricetta (oggi è un prefestivi ed i medici di base sono chiusi)! Complimenti per la gentilezza! Sicuramente avete perso me come cliente
I think it is the only neighborhood pharmacy that does not inform the customer of the possibility of taking a generic instead of the requested drug !! In other pharmacies I have always been informed and enabled to choose whether to replace the drug with a generic or not! In this I was informed, by pure chance, when the receipt had been issued and I was told explicitly that they were not willing to cancel it because they had already done me a favor by giving me a drug without a prescription (today it is a prefestive and the doctors basic are closed)! Congratulations for your kindness! Surely you lost me as a customer
