★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La professionalità non sta di casa in questa farmacia. Dopo mezz'ora di coda prenoto un prodotto. Chiedo se è in polvere, più volte. Mi viene detto di sì e di ritirarlo i l giorno dopo. Il giorno dopo, dopo aver fatto un'altra mezz'ora abbondante di coda, mi viene dato un prodotto che non è in polvere e non va bene. Chiedo che rimedino alla persona che mi serve. Interviene in modo sgarbato un' altra persona uomo che dice tipo " se non ti va bene puoi lasciarlo" Protesto educatamente dicendo che però ho fatto.molta coda e Perso molto tempo sulla base della loro promessa di prenotare un dato prodotto. Quello,senza qualificarsi (chi è?) Ripete Nella stessa maniera sgarbata e maleducata lo stesso concetto. A quel punto gli lascio il prodotto e me ne vado. Forse questo "signore", che è tutto tranne che un signore, non ha capito che la farmacia è un servizio, non solo un modo perché lui faccia soldi a palate. Neanche sa dove stanno di casa professionalità e cortesia. Gi consiglio vivamente di aggiornare i suoi modi. Sconsiglio di recarsi in questa farmacia il servizio è pessimo e la.maleducazione abbonda
Professionalism is not at home in this pharmacy. After half an hour of queue I book a product. I ask if it is powdered several times. I am told yes and to pick it up the next day. An unkind person intervenes in a rude manner that says "if you don't like it you can leave it" I politely protest but said I did a lot of queue and lost a lot of time based on their promise to book a given product. That, without qualifying (who is it?) Repeat the same concept in the same rude and rude manner. At that point I leave the product and leave. Perhaps this "gentleman", which is anything but a gentleman, did not understand that the pharmacy is a service, not just a way for him to make money in spades.
