Non ho parole, Spero che il responsabile della farmacia spieghi ai propri dipendenti che la cortesia e l’educazione sono la prima cosa. Noi non andremo più in questa farmacia. Al che rispondo che voglio solo sapere se è disponibile, ma niente da fare. Bisogna prendersi il giorno di permesso e andare da loro a chiedere una semplice informazione che si potrebbe dare tranquillamente per telefono.
