La cosiddetta dottoressa proprietaria è oltremodo arrogante oltre che profondamente ignorante. Esercizio che sarebbe da chiudere (io ho fatto intervenire la Polizia). Per la prima volta mi trovo a dover fare una recensione negativa, metterei meno zero ma il sistema non me lo consente. Ho chiamato in questa se così si può chiamare “ farmacia” chiedendo CORTESEMENTE se effettuassero il servizio consegna domicilio avendo una situazione particolare in casa, mi è stato risposto in malo modo e come se non bastasse mi e’ stato chiuso Il cell in faccia. Vado personalmente in questa “ farmacia” ove ho avuto un trattamento peggiore di quello via cell. La Dottoressa, mi ha dato della cafona, ha urlato, ha discriminato il paese da cui provengo ecc ecc tutto per cosa.. per aver semplicemente chiesto e NON PRETESO un servizio che viene effettuato in numerose città e piccoli paesi. Come se non bastasse giunta a casa mi accorgo che non era il farmaco prescritto dal pronto soccorso. Cara dottoressa, si faccia un bagno di umiltà e sorrida un po’ di più le farebbe bene! In più mi hanno rifilato un prodotto generico invece di quello brandizzato che avevo chiesto (sono un soggetto allergico e preferisco prendere farmaci a cui sono già abituata). E non hanno voluto cambiarmelo. Non ho insistito perché per 10€ non mi andava di sporcarmi orecchie, umore e dignità con grida e sfoghi di queste persone. Ma fossi in voi eviterei di andarci per non rischiare di ritrovarmi un farmaco non richiesto, ma soprattutto perché non è assolutamente il tipo di ambiente che ti aspetti quando entri in una farmacia. È stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire che le recensioni lette, almeno nella mia esperienza, non corrispondono alla realtà: negozio fornito e curato, farmacista competente e disponibile: farmacia consigliata! La valutazione di Google business non le rende giustizia! Very biased due to the negative reviews, I went to this pharmacy because the only one in the country open today (it's Sunday). E il motivo di tutto questo lo trovi non appena varchi la porta. Il personale è così sgarbato e scorbutico che sarebbe da andarci solo se fosse l'unica farmacia di turno nel raggio di 50 km. Atteggiamento tipico da 'signorotti di paese', come se fossimo nel 1800, ignorando che ormai un titolo di studio ce l'abbiamo tutti. Come se fossimo tutti degli untori, il cui unico obiettivo è quello di portare il virus nella loro farmacia. Un atteggiamento irrispettoso, soprattutto, in questo momento, dove gente amorevole e amante del proprio lavoro, è costretta a chiudere battenti. Mi sento di consigliare loro che se hanno così terrore del virus possono optare per un lavoro comodamente seduti da casa , soprattutto per il signore anziano che, giustamente, ha tutti i buoni motivi per preoccuparsi. E aggiungo a posteriori: sorpresa, è anche un tampone salivare! Sono tossici per l'ambiente e anche poco affidabili!! Sono del tutto basito, ladri e anche prodotti scadenti. Che vergogna.
