Ma a parte queste regole di base, la giovane Dott. in questione mi ha liquidato con un vago le liste sono chiuse vada direttamente al C.u.p. per due visite specialistiche. Vado quindi al Cup per scoprire che da piú di un anno non esiste come sede fisica. Di lí a poco sono stata alla Farmacia S. Elena. Un approccio di tutt'altro tenore in termini di cortesia e precisione nelle informazioni. A parte trovare "magicamente" le liste aperte al poliambulatorio ginecologico del policlinico (chiuse mezz'ora prima), e quindi aver potuto prenotare in tempi brevi, mi ha spiegato per la seconda ricetta che non poteva essere prenotata direttamente da loro, ma essendo una visita internistica bisognava rivolgersi al CIP e non al Cup. (Lo scrivo a titolo informativo per la Dott. della farmacia di Viale Storchi). Mi sono stati dati quindi umeri ed orari del suddetto servizio. Cmq, la farmacia ha enormi possibilità di miglioramento. Se scavano, però, sul fondo, possono ancora peggiorare.... vabbè, reato ottimista e GRATA per le nuove assunzioni...
