Il contatto con il pubblico non fa per tutti. Gestire un'attività implica anche una certa dose di empatia e ascolto del cliente, che non va mai sottovalutato o preso per incompetente.

Benché distante da casa mia vado da lui quando ho bisogno. È il tipico negozio dove ti tenti a tuo agio e sei seguito nel risolvere piccoli o grandi problemi, anche se hai bisogno di una sola vite.
