M	Monica Recchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in fila per entrare, esce un cliente e di conseguenza entro io, mi dicono in malo modo di uscire, quindi esco e aspetto che mi permettano di entrare...vado al bancone chiedendo degli occhiali da vista...sempre il malo modo mi rispondono che quello che hanno è esposto senza nemmeno darmi indicazioni o consigli....va beh passo una ricetta e per finire mi dicono che per pagare devo andare alla cassa elettronica, a questo punto ho lasciato il farmaco e me ne sono andata. Pessima esperienza...a mai più. I am in line to enter, a customer leaves and consequently I enter, they tell me in a bad way to go out, then I go out and wait for them to let me in ... I go to the counter asking for eyeglasses ... always the wrong way they answer me that what they have is displayed without even giving me directions or advice .... okay, I pass a prescription and finally they tell me that to pay I have to go to the electronic cash desk, at this point I left the drug and I left. Bad experience ... never again.

Il personale è maleducatissimo, ho ricevuto più volte delle risposte scocciate a domande semplicissime, c'è una mancanza totale di collaborazione da parte dei farmacisti nei confronti dei clienti e una mancanza totale di organizzazione tra i farmacisti. Non ci metterò più piede.
