Il personale è gentile, educato e molto preparato nel dare i giusti consigli (anche il servizio è spesso rapido, senza pericolo che si formino code eccessivamente lunghe come purtropo ho visto altrove!). Importante punto di riferimento per tutta la zona nord di Firenze (anche di notte, essendo una farmacia aperta h24!). Consiglio a tutti, in caso di necessità. Tornerò sicuramente! Large and welcoming pharmacy, always well stocked. The staff is kind, polite and very knowledgeable in giving the right advice (even the service is often quick, without the danger of excessively long queues as unfortunately I have seen elsewhere!). Appena fissato l'appuntamento La giovane farmacista con gli occhiali mi ha portato il foglio dell'appuntamento ma me lo ha lanciato sul tavolo con molto sdegno e sgarbo... Francamente non ho veramente capito il motivo, probabilmente ha frainteso un mio gesto tuttavia prima di comportarsi così forse avrebbe dovuto cercare di capire meglio. comunque a mio avviso è l'atteggiamento tipico di una persona che non è capace di stare al pubblico... evidentemente non è il suo lavoro ideale o i ritmi di lavoro sono stressanti...in ogni caso esperienza pessima. A	Antonio Pietropaoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio raccontarvi la mia esperienza con la suddetta farmacia comunale di viale Alessandro Guidoni Firenze, stanotte intorno alle 3:25 mi sono recato presso questa farmacia per acquistare il farmaco BIOCHETASI per mia moglie che aveva la nausea a causa di questa influenza gastrointestinale che sta girando, mi reco fuori la farmacia busso più volte e finalmente mi risponde un farmacista, gli dico che mi serve il BIOCHETASI, mi fa attendere un'attimo e poi mi dice che ne sono attualmente privi con mio grande stupore e aggiungo come può essere che una farmacia comunale come quella di Viale A.Guidoni e' priva di un farmaco molto comune, mi dice se volevo prenotare il farmaco per il pomeriggio ma io dico di no che ne necessitavo ora e spiego anche il motivo, improvvisamente il farmacista se ne esce con questa frase "ma forse non sarebbe meglio andare presso una guardia medica" io allibito dell'affermazione che non aveva nessun senso gli dico per quale motivo dato che era una semplice influenza gastrointestinale e volevo soltanto il BIOCHETASI , dopo questa affermazione assurda capisco che il farmacista stava ancora dormendo ed era arrivato il momento per me di tornare a casa. Questa è la mia esperienza con questa farmacia comunale di Viale A.Guidoni, tutto molto triste, tirate voi le conclusioni e se vi conviene recarvi presso questa farmacia comunale di Firenze Novoli. A	Alfonso Frandina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massa di incompetenti, il Cassiere si è rifiutato di consegnarmi un collirio perché voleva la ricetta del medico nonostante gli abbia mostrato il certificato rilasciato dalla struttura che mi ha effettuato l'intervento agli occhi. Gli ho anche Mostrato il nominativo tramite foto e proposto di visionare un documento d'identità, ma niente. Ho dovuto prenotare il farmaco in un'altra farmacia ( a un paio di km) con arrivo dopo 36-48h che con grande gentilezza non ha mi ha creato nessun problema, anzi hanno cercato in tutti i modi di farmi avere il farmaco all'istante. Per colpa vostra dovrò interrompere la terapia post intervento per 1-2 giorni, se mai dovesse succedere qualcosa mi rivolgerò ad un legale. Con la vista non si scherza, una non corretta terapia potrebbe portare addirittura alla cecità. Non è possibile subire tutto ciò per i capricci di un cassiere. Vergogna. P	Pietro Livolsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recato in questa farmacia per farmi misurare la pressione. La dottoressa si e' rifiutata dicendomi che avevo la febbre a 37,2 !. Strano, perche' non me la sentivo e precedentemente sottoposto a misurazione presso l'ufficio postale. Giunto a casa un po' preoccupato ben tre misurazioni con termometro tradizionale indicavano 35,8! e alle ore 18: 36! A parte che 37,2 non e' febbre i casi sono 2: il misuratore non funziona bene o la dottoressa ha trovato una scusa.
