The only problem I encountered in this pharmacy is the cold relationship with customers ... and if I can, I avoid going there, I prefer a pharmacy that is less convenient in terms of location but with good staff.

Personale per nulla disponibile verso i clienti, di nessuna età o condizione. Ho chiesto di poter prenotare degli esami di cui non avevo potuto stampare l'impegnativa, ma mi è stato risposto che senza stampa non avrebbero potuto fare la prenotazione. In un'altra farmacia mi hanno fatto la prenotazione senza problemi. Non è la prima volta che succedono episodi del genere (l'elenco sarebbe lungo), ma credo proprio che per me sarà l'ultima. È proprio vero che i luoghi sono fatti di persone. Inoltre, ho riscontrato grandi differenze di prezzo tra questa farmacia e le altre su articoli identici, e non sto parlando di cosmetici ma di presidi sanitari. In another pharmacy they made my reservation without any problems. It is not the first time that such episodes have happened (the list would be long), but I really think it will be the last for me. In addition, I have found large price differences between this pharmacy and the others on identical items, and I'm not talking about cosmetics but health products. Molto ben fornita e veloce nell'ordine di un farmaco momentaneamente non presente. Ricca la scelta di prodotti non farmaceutici, anche per la cura della persona. La consiglio assolutamente. The pharmacy in my neighborhood, I've been going there for 18 years. Qualified, courteous and extremely professional staff, in particular Giada and Valentina. Very well supplied and fast in the order of a drug temporarily not present. There is a rich choice of non-pharmaceutical products, even for personal care. I absolutely recommend it.

Anche se non abito a Martorano mi capita di andare a fare acquisti in questa farmacia proprio per la qualità del servizio. Very kind and very professional staff, clean and welcoming rooms, well managed the rules of distancing and sanitation, good choice in the cosmetics and personal care department. Even if I don't live in Martorano, I happen to go shopping in this pharmacy because of the quality of the service.

Essendo dell’ambiente, mi rendo conto che non sia la loro professione appropriata. La clientela va servita e “coccolata”, visto che si reca in cerca di aiuto per la propria salute. Un’altra cosa che voglio evidenziare è che sono carenti nella gestione della sicurezza propria e altrui (igiene mani tra un servizio e l’altro). Farò qualche km in più ma preferisco recarmi in un’altra farmacia concorrente. It is the pharmacy in my country, very convenient for its proximity. I have been attending her for two years.
