★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio Pessimo e attese infinite.Sono stato oggi in farmacia e per l'ennesima volta ho assistito alle solite situazioni: la dottoressa alta storica alla prese con conversazioni lunghe e personali e disservizi legati a prodotti non presenti (questa volta una prodotto fatto da loro in laboratorio- a quanto pare anche questo sfornito- )che ha reso la l'attesa ancora più estenuante.
E' un periodo difficile per tutti ma questo non può giustificare un servizio sempre più scadente.
 Bad service and endless waits.I was in the pharmacy today and for the umpteenth time I witnessed the usual situations: the high historian doctor struggling with long and personal conversations and disservices related to products not present (this time a product made by them in laboratory - apparently even this out of stock -) which made the wait even more exhausting.
It is a difficult time for everyone but this cannot justify an increasingly poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhio a non comprare le cineserie che vendono. Non funzionano, costano il triplo e manco te le sostituiscono.. Dovete solo vergognarvi. Batterie cinesi, prodotto proveniente dalla cina. Costo nel vostro negozio di cosmesi 40€ scontato 29€. Costo online 10€ con recensioni bassissime. Lossimetro gentilmente offerto era il peggio del peggio. Dopo 8 giorni e non 20 come avete scritto, il malfunzionamento, con lettura 90, ha creato uno stato d'ansia che mi ha fatto ricorrere al 112. Fortunatamente il confronto dei parametri con lo strumento del medico, risultavano perfetti a 98/99. Per 30€ vi siete venduti la credibilità rinnegando la più comune regola del commercio che prevede o la garanzia del prodotto o il diritto di recesso visto che erano trascorsi 8 giorni.

Cost in your cosmetics shop € 40 discounted € 29. Online cost € 10 with very low reviews. The kindly offered oximeter was the worst of the worst. After 8 days and not 20 as you wrote, the malfunction, with reading 90, created a state of anxiety that made me turn to 112. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera. Mi servo da anni presso questa Farmacia e da sempre trovo professionalità competenza e disponibilità.
E a proposito della storica Dottoressa Alta con lunghi capelli mori devo dire che la cortesia che questa gentilissima persona mostra attraverso la Sua disponibile professionalità é arcinota a tutti.... e cerca sempre di trovare la giusta soluzione e a spendere qualche parola in più, anche di conforto, verso chi sta poco bene.
E a riguardo, letta una recensione poco edificante per chi la ha pubblicata, penso che chi va in Farmacia va per acquistare, generalmente, medicinali.
Se poi non conosce bene la posologia del Farmaco che deve assumere, allora È NORMALE anzi ÈPROFESSIONALE che la Dottorsssa si intrattenga per delucidare il paziente.
Quindi l'attesa lamentata non dimostra inefficenza, ma serietà.
Se poi si va di fretta allora si deve scegliere una Farmacia dove grasso che cola se ti rispondono al buongiorno e ti lanciano i Farmaci come fossero zucchine.
Quindi ringrazio chi ha espresso quell'ignobile commento negativo, concedendomi questa possibilità di replica, ma del resto, come diceva Einstein: " due cose sono infinite: l'Universo e la Stupidità umana. Ma sull'Universo ho ancora dei dubbi".
Good evening. I have been using this pharmacy for years and have always found professionalism, competence and availability.
And speaking of the historic Doctor Alta with long dark hair I must say that the courtesy that this very kind person shows through her helpful professionalism is well known to all ... and always tries to find the right solution and to spend a few more words, even of comfort, towards those who are unwell.
And in this regard, having read an unedifying review for those who published it, I think that those who go to the Pharmacy generally go to buy medicines.
And if you do not know well the dosage of the drug to be taken, then IT IS NORMAL indeed IT IS PROFESSIONAL for the Doctor to entertain to elucidate the patient.
So the complained wait does not show inefficiency, but seriousness.
And if you are in a hurry then you have to choose a pharmacy where fat is dripping if they answer you good morning and throw drugs at you like they were zucchini.
So I thank those who expressed that ignoble negative comment, giving me this possibility of replying, but after all, as Einstein said: "two things are infinite: the Universe and human stupidity. But I still have doubts about the Universe".

Troviamo anche un servizio tamponi eccellente,anche chi non ha la prenotazione, compatibilmente con gli appuntamenti già in lizza,viene tamponato e senza fare i funghi,alias ore d attesa, sarà preso in incarico. Premio stra-premio questa farmacia. Consigliatissima,ancora un plauso x l'organizzazione. Soddisfattissima.??????????????

Infinite volte mi è capitato di chiedere consigli per me e per la mia famiglia e sono sempre stata ascoltata con attenzione e vedo che la stessa cosa accade con tutti, ecco perché a volte si crea un po' di fila, ma ne vale la pena, perché quando arriva il proprio turno si trova una persona competente, disinteressata a vendere a tutti i costi, che sa consigliare ciò che è veramente meglio per ogni persona. Mi fido moltissimo di loro. In particolare, quando a Natale la mia famiglia è stata male e i medici erano irraggiungibili, la farmacia era aperta e il Dottor Gaoni ci ha fornito assistenza e supporto, con consigli preziosi e parole di incoraggiamento.

Countless times I have asked for advice for myself and for my family and I have always been listened to carefully and I see that the same thing happens with everyone, that's why sometimes it creates a bit of a row, but it's worth it, because when your turn comes you will find a competent person, disinterested in selling at all costs, who knows how to advise what is really best for each person. I trust them very much. In particular, when my family was ill at Christmas and the doctors were out of reach, the pharmacy was open and Doctor Gaoni provided us with assistance and support, with precious advice and words of encouragement.
