Mi sono recata per un consiglio su un'afta di mia figlia, il giovane farmacista presente, è stato super gentile e soprattutto ha spiegato benissimo la problematica e come superarla. Quindi oltre alla cortesia, anche tanta professionalità e simpatia! Davvero bravissimo!
Deserves top marks! I went for advice on an afta of my daughter, the young pharmacist present, he was super nice and above all he explained the problem very well and how to overcome it. So in addition to courtesy, so much professionalism and sympathy! Really very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non fosse che in farmacia si va per risolvere problemi di salute direi che è un piacere venire qua!!!! Dottoresse gentilissime, molto preparate, cordiali, sempre pronte a scambiare una parola di cortesia. Il modo corretto di gestire un cliente e fidelizzarlo. Una farmacia a misura d'uomo in cui il cliente non è solo un "cliente", una tessera sanitaria o una ricetta ma una persona!!! Davvero complimenti, continuate così!!!!!

Per la signora che si è trovata male: è sicura che si tratti di questa farmacia????? Mi sembra veramente impossibile una percezione così negativa.... Neanche nella peggiore giornata "no" ho mai riscontrato un simile atteggiamento da parte delle dottoresse!!!
If it were not that in the pharmacy you go to solve health problems I would say that it is a pleasure to come here !!!! Very kind doctors, very prepared, friendly, always ready to exchange a word of courtesy. The correct way to manage a customer and retain them. A human-scale pharmacy where the customer is not just a "customer", a health card or a recipe but a person !!! Really congratulations, keep it up !!!!!

For the lady who found herself ill: she is sure this is a pharmacy ????? It seems to me really impossible a perception so negative .... Even in the worst day "no" I have never found such a attitude on the part of the doctors !!!
