★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacia è sita nella piazza principale, però.. gli allestimenti sono del tutto confusionari, scarsi e obsoleti. Mobilio messo a caso, sporco (sulle suppellettili e lampade tanta polvere). Inoltre nessun prodotto esposto riporta il prezzo, ne su targhetta da espositore ne un etichetta.
The pharmacy is located in the main square, however .. the settings are completely confusing, scarce and obsolete. Furniture placed at random, dirty (lots of dust on the furnishings and lamps). Furthermore, no product displayed shows the price, neither on a display plate nor a label.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco nella farmacia con prescrizione di farmaco che devo assumere ogni giorno per l'ipertensione. Il prodotto non è disponibile e vengo invitato a ritornare per il ritiro con bigliettino numerato. La farmacia è pero chiusa una settimana per ferie e quando all'apertura ritorno mi comunicano che la prescrizione è stata chiusa (?) in quanto scaduta. Finale: me ne devo andare senza farmaco e tornare dal curante per altra prescrizione. Complimenti bel servizio.
Personalmente non ci tornerò mai più e auspico che l'azienda sanitaria esegua dei controlli sulla qualità dei servizi erogati che sono proprio di pessimo livello.
I go to the pharmacy with a prescription drug that I have to take every day for hypertension. The product is not available and I am invited to return for collection with a numbered note. The pharmacy is however closed one week for holidays and when the return opening tells me that the prescription has been closed (?) Because it has expired. Final: I have to go without medication and go back to the health care provider for another prescription. Congratulations nice service.
Personally I will never go back and I hope that the healthcare company will carry out checks on the quality of the services provided that are really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto acquistare dei medicinali urgenti durante il turno di notte, verso le 22 dopo aver atteso 6 ore al pronti soccorso. Purtroppo chi ha risposto alla chiamata non era molto intenta a capire cosa mi servisse. Non credo capisse del tutto l'italiano e sinceramente anche la gentilezza ed il servizio non é stato dei migliori. Inoltre la fessura per colloquiare é talmente piccola e inutile che non serve quasi a nulla.
Ho usufruito in altre occasioni di farmacie "di turni", ma non mi sono mai trovata male e così in imbarazzo....da non tornarci più nemmeno durante i turni normali.
I had to buy urgent medicines during the night shift, around 10 pm after waiting for 6 hours at the emergency room. Unfortunately those who answered the call were not very intent on understanding what I needed. I don't think he understood Italian completely, and honestly, his kindness and service was not the best. Furthermore, the colloquial fissure is so small and useless that it serves almost nothing.
I have taken advantage of "shifts" pharmacies on other occasions, but I have never found myself hurt and so embarrassed .... not to go back even during normal shifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nn merita nemmeno una stellina mi spiace ma le farmaciste son sempre sgorbutiche e per nulla disponibili... pur avendola a 2 passi non ci vado. Le poche esperienze che ho avuto son state sempre negative.
nn deserves not even a star I'm sorry but the pharmacists are always gouged and not at all available ... even if I have it 2 steps away I don't go there. The few experiences I've had have always been negative.
