Normale è che si possono fare errori però è normale provare sistemare, Lei non vuole sistemare, alza la voce... Ho fatto 300 km e siete stati molto arroganti!! Ho risolto tutto in circa un'ora, grazie alla competenza e alla professionalità della commessa. Ordinato il lettino dopo aver visionato il catalago e verificato che le dimensioni fossero quelle giuste, ci sono voluti 5 giorni lavorativi per ritirare l'ordine in negozio. Sono super soddisfatto perchè il lettino, montato, è di ottima qualità e, cosa che non guasta, è "made in Italy" (Udine per la precisione). Ottima esperienza generale, se in futuro avrò bisogno di accessori o quant'altro non esiterò a tornare a Monfalcone da "Tutto per il bambino". Ordered the cot after having viewed the catalog and verified that the dimensions were the right ones, it took 5 working days to collect the order in the store. I am super satisfied because the bed, assembled, is of excellent quality and, which does not hurt, is "made in Italy" (Udine to be precise). Excellent general experience, if in the future I need accessories or anything else I will not hesitate to return to Monfalcone from "Everything for the child".
