★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 15 anni che non entravo qui, causa forza maggiore ci ritorno. Stessa maleducazione di 15 anni fa. Penso che, con una professione lucrosa come il farmacista si possano permettere di perdere clienti, e stressati come non mai.
Ho visto più di una volta, che cercano di mettere in difficoltà i clienti con domande che sembrano da visita specialistica , ed ovviamente mettono in difficoltà chi è anziano o non conosce bene le medicine.
Dovrebbe essere come in certe nazioni, le farmacie dentro gli ospedali, perchè con le zone in esclusiva i soldi sono assicurati e fanno male.
After 15 years that I did not enter here, due to force majeure I return. Same rudeness as 15 years ago. I think that, with a lucrative profession like the pharmacist, they can afford to lose customers, and stressed as never before.
I have seen more than once, who try to embarrass clients with questions that seem like a specialist visit, and obviously they put in difficulty those who are elderly or do not know well the medicines.
It should be like in some countries, the pharmacies inside the hospitals, because with the exclusive zones the money is insured and it hurts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale non è stato cordiale ed è stato poco educato; inoltre l'infermiere che ha eseguito il covid-test (cioè il tampone) a mio marito ha purtroppo avuto la "mano pesante" ed ha infilato il bastoncino estremamente in profondità nelle narici, quindi ha rischiato di danneggiare le pareti della narice.
The staff were not friendly and not polite; moreover, the nurse who performed the covid-test (ie the swab) on my husband unfortunately had a "heavy hand" and slipped the stick extremely deep into his nostrils, so he risked damaging the walls of the nostril.
