Il titolare dopo un attesa interminabile e dopo essere stato avvisato telefonicamente del servizio da farsi non é riuscito a completare la procedura impiegando oltre mezz' ora e lasciandoci di nuovo l' impegnativa senza aver erogato il servizio. Inutile presentare un servizio se poi non si é in grado di svolgerlo
