Pochi tavoli ed ambiente molto carino. Quel giorno proponevano un unico menù con cibi tradizionali ed antichi. Tutto ECCEZIONALE E DI ALTISSIMA QUALITÀ. Proprietari simpatici e molto disponibili. I proprietari ci hanno accolto in una giornata piovosa e sono stati gentilissimi, anche con il nostro cane, a cui è stato dato oltre l'acqua anche un tappeto. Wonderful. A real culinary journey in a mix of flavors and unforgettable smells. Prices more than good for the quality and variety of food. The owners welcomed us on a rainy day and were very kind, even with our dog, who was also given a carpet over the water.

Il tutto contornato dalla gentilezza e dalla calda accoglienza dei titolari. Risultato: una piacevolissima serata ed una gradita sorpresa in questo piccolo ma ottimo ristorante. Infine da annotare un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Consiglio vivamente di prenotare in anticipo. Il locale, se pur piccolo, è curato nei minimi particolari e rispecchia la ferma volontà dei titolari di esaltare il capoluogo Pentro come sito paleolitico di primaria importanza per la storia del popolamento umano. Una volta entrati verrete avvolti da una suggestiva atmosfera ricreata appositamente per farvi tornare indietro al tempo dell'homo Aeserniensis: ben 700mila anni fa. MENÙ 6,5: non esiste un menù perchè la proposta culinaria viene continuamente modificata a seconda dell'occasione. Nonostante ciò le scelte del cuoco-proprietario risultano essere molto raffinate, studiate e adatte al contesto: location e cibo contribuiscono in eguale misura a farvi vivere un'esperienza di viaggio nel tempo davvero particolare. Le foto riportate rappresentano le portate pensate in occasione di una "cena medievale" organizzata in occasione del 725esimo anniversario della fermata di Papa Celestino V nella città molisana. CIBO 8: sorprendente e davvero molto particolare: c'è molta passione e studio dietro a tutto quello che viene servito. CONTO 8: rapporto qualità-quantità-prezzo onesto.
