Nonostante la tanta gente sono riuscito a farlo velocemente senza problemi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima organizzazione per i tamponi, che senso ha prendere le prenotazioni se poi non si rispettano i tempi perché chiunque può mettersi in fila e chiedere di fare il tampone? Abbiamo perso oltre un’ora anche perché bisogna fare una doppia fila, prima per pagare poi per fare il tampone in un altro locale in via Umbria. Come se non bastasse il personale in farmacia è lento, poco attento (hanno sbagliato a riportare il nome nonostante il documento) e per nulla cordiale. Sconsigliato.
Bad organization for tampons, what's the point of taking reservations if you don't respect the times because anyone can get in line and ask for a tampon? We lost over an hour also because you have to stand in a double line, first to pay then to swab in another place in via Umbria. As if that were not enough, the staff in the pharmacy is slow, not very attentive (they made a mistake in reporting the name despite the document) and not at all friendly. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato mia figlia di 6 anni a fare il tampone, premettendo il fatto che ha paura e non è collaborativa, l'infermiere ha deciso che stavamo perdendo troppo tempo e ha deciso di farla bloccare con violenza da un suo collaboratore.
Dopo questo gesto sono intervenuta allontanando tutti e mantenendo con calma mia figlia.
Siamo clienti della farmacia da più di 6 anni e sinceramente non ci aspettavamo un comportamento del genere.
Dopo tutto questo non ci metteremo più piede
