Ho chiesto un prodotto specifico di una marca, Dopo il pagamento ho letto il foglio illustrativo e con garbo mi sono rivolta al titolare dicendogli che non era quello che avevo chiesto. Di tutta risposta mi sono sentita dire che quello che cercavo non esiste. Vabbè, forse dirmelo prima del pagamento sarebbe stato più etico.. ma non demordo
Gli mostro il prodotto preso direttamente dal sito del produttore mi risponde che ha già perso troppo tempo con me.
Si cerca anche di favorire il commercio locale, ma questi elementi te ne fanno passare la voglia.
Che poi, tanto meglio. Comprerò il prodotto direttamente dal sito del produtto
Very presumptuous and annoying staff. I asked for a specific product from a brand. After paying I read the package leaflet and politely turned to the owner telling him that it was not what I had asked for. In response, I was told that what I was looking for does not exist. Oh well, maybe telling me before the payment would have been more ethical .. but I don't give up
I show him the product taken directly from the manufacturer's website and he replies that he has already wasted too much time with me.
There is also an attempt to encourage local trade, but these elements make you lose your desire.
