P	Paola Montiglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inqualificabile , presento la ricetta di un farmaco per me importante , il farmacista di fronte a una ricetta elettronica dice che non può darmelo perché nella ricetta elettronica manca un codice ( cosa non vera perché è una ricetta elettronica ) . Notare bene questo farmaco senza prescrizione è molto caro quindi mi reco in altra farmacia ove mi dicono che il farmacista non solo ha sbagliato ma ha addirittura annullato la ricetta . Lo compro , perché non ne posso fare a meno . F	Francesca Sorrentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco in farmacia alle ore 21:30 (con chiusura in teoria prevista per le 22) e il signore di colore addetto alla sicurezza non riuscendosi nemmeno ad esprimere per informarmi che la farmacia era in procinto di chiusura ha letteralmente iniziato a tirarmi la borsa e le maniche della giacca fino a quando dopo almeno 5 minuti è riuscito a dire “chiuso” e allora mi sono recata allo sportello notturno. Tralasciando il fatto che stava chiudendo in anticipo e la poca dimestichezza con la lingua italiana del signore in questione, trovo aberrante il modo in cui esso si è comportato. Sarebbe meglio rivedere le scelte di personale data l’incompetenza. Vi ricordo che questo è un servizio essenziale per chi il lunedì deve recarsi al lavoro e ha bisogno del GP. Fatemi capire, eravate disponibili quando c'era da prendere soldi a palate? Adesso che il numero di tamponi si é ridotto sospendete il servizio? Senza parole. Inoltre oggi un disguido circa il malfunzionamento del sistema di inserimento tamponi (causato da regione Lombardia e non dovuto alla farmacia) è stato comunicato dall'addetto che si occupa degli ingressi in modo davvero maleducato ed aggressivo anche nei confronti di persone anziane che stavano solo cercando di capire la situazione. Non è la prima volta che questa persona manifesta un atteggiamento veramente supponente e poco adatto al lavoro con il pubblico. Sarà anche faticoso avere a che fare con la gente tutto il giorno, mi spiace, ma non è un mio problema e credo che l'educazione stia alla base di qualsiasi mansione. Molto ben rifornita sia di prodotti sia farmaceutici, sia di prodotti di cosmesi con parecchie promozioni. Su richiesta si eseguono esami del sangue, pressione, tampone e molto altro. Per me un punto di riferimento in caso di necessità. Great pharmacy, with friendly and helpful staff. Open 24 hours a day, including holidays, at late hours through a booth. Very well stocked with both pharmaceutical and cosmetic products with several promotions. Upon request we perform blood tests, pressure, swab and much more. For me a point of reference in case of need.
