Stamattina dopo aver pagato tre tamponi (uno per una bimba e uno per un ragazzo disabile)aver iniziato a compilare i moduli mi invitano in malo modo a uscire fuori per finire la compilazione dicendo che intralciavo l’uscita. Me lo dice una signorina che mi strapp letteralmente dalle mani le tessere sanitarie e mi urla addosso . Faccio uscire il ragazzo e chiedo di rimanere di lato visto che con me c’era la bimba e non volevo uscire . Vista l’insistenza e le urla fuori luogo Mi metto su apposito tavolino di plastica posto all’ingresso e quando finalmente arriva il mio turno la stessa signorina mi dice che dal momento che mi ero permessa di criticare la loro organizzazione si rifiutava di eseguire i tamponi e mi lancia addosso i soldi . È una cosa vergognosa . Auguro a questa signorina lo stesso trattamento che ha riservato a me e sconsiglio vivamente di tornare da queste persone . Non per me ma per il mancato rispetto nei confronti ri una bimba e di un disabile. Vergogna
Bad pharmacy. Very rude staff. This morning after having paid for three tampons (one for a child and one for a disabled boy) having started to fill out the forms, they rudely invite me to go outside to finish filling in, saying that I was hindering the exit. A young lady tells me that literally snatches the health cards from my hands and yells at me. I let the boy out and ask to stay to one side since the child was with me and I didn't want to go out. Given the insistence and the screams out of place I put myself on a special plastic table placed at the entrance and when my turn finally comes the same young lady tells me that since I had allowed myself to criticize their organization she refused to swab and throws the money at me. It is a shameful thing. I wish this young lady the same treatment she gave me and I strongly advise against returning to these people. Not for me but for the lack of respect for a child and a disabled person. Shame
