Una volta per un prodotto veterinario gli ho chiesto come mai costasse così tanto e su internet molto di meno... In modo un po' sgarbato e arrogante mi hanno detto "se lo compri su internet", a quel punto sono andata via amareggiata. Per non parlare ogni volta per quei cavolo di punti Uniclub.. Punti sorriso che mi toccano ma non vogliono darli perché dicono che se mi danno i punti di benvenuto non possono darmi i punti sorriso e viceversa, cosa non vera poiché gli operatori mi hanno confermato che devono darli entrambi.
