"Cosi telefono per sapere se fanno buco orecchio e quando..mi dicono di si, entro orario chiusura...(sembra quasi logico...) Arrivo con entrambe le figlie dopo 50 km e un ora di ricerca posteggio e alle 12.11 ci presentiamo e la simpatica addetta prima mi dice che nn li fanno, poi dopo che riconosco la voce della sua collega con la quale ho parlato al telefono moi dicono che in realtà loro alle 12 dovrebbero essere già chiuse... vabbe! 2 ore perse, diciamo che in giro fortunatamente c'è di meglio

Il 15 novembre sono stata a casa per un raffreddore, essendo in vigore un protocollo covid non sono potuta entrare a lavorare e ho chiesto gentilmente alla farmacia di spostare il mio tampone. La direttrice mi ha risposto che non era possibile e che l avrei perso! E così è stato!
Farmacia poco professionale e con personale arrogante e non disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti.

Unprofessional pharmacy with arrogant staff and not available to customer needs.
