Questa attività, da anni, ha sempre dimostrato, con i suoi prodotti unici, con capacità, serietà e gentilezza di essere quanto di meglio ci sia sul mercato. L'amore per questa attività è sempre stato dimostrato con validi consigli nella vendita e merci interessanti tanto da attirare clientela anche dall'estero. Ed è per questo che non capisco il perché della recensione di una sola stella, senza motivazioni...! Non solo oggetti natalizi, comunque, ma casseruole tecnologiche di ultima generazione e attrezzature per la cucina e la pasticceria.

I entered Cose Casa for a gift today. My daughter was organizing small, plastic-wrapped Yankee candles that were piled on top of each other into neat rows. She was so enthusiastic about placing them in lines instead of seeing them messily thrown in the bin, I left her there for about 30 seconds to look at a section further ahead. She was immediately told by the sales attendant that she needed to stop touching them because everything she touched would need to be disinfected. ?? My daughter innocently replied that she was helping. I immediately decided to leave the store, but I did tell the attendant that she had disinfected her hands when we walked in. The attendant then reprimanded me for not holding my daughter by the hand and being around a corner (I was around the corner of a table, to be fair). I replied that she should have said something to me in that case and not my daughter. She insisted she didn't say anything offensive. I think telling a child anything they touch needs to be disinfected is extremely offensive. I told her I was a client there and wouldn't be coming back. She said "Va benissimo!" She told me she was happy to not have my business. This is how a resident, mother and fellow business operator was treated. Being a client has no value. Taking a child around shopping before COVID was already an aerobic sport. Now it's an aerobic sport wearing a mask. I understand children need to be under control in places of business and not left to destroy property. My daughter was doing neither. I was merely trying to look around a corner on something to spend money on, something that should be encouraged when shops are struggling to survive. I try to support and buy local and small as much as possible, but I cannot tolerate rude customer service under the guise of pandemic precautions and I will never tolerate a shopkeeper arguing with me in the middle of a shop. I would recommend this sales attendant receives better training on how to actually assist in sales instead of driving customers they deem problematic (mothers with children) away. It's a shame. My daughter loved looking around that store and has never been spoken to like that before, but I will not take her where she nor I are welcome. Moral of the story: Enter if you are an above-average earning adult willing to pay inflated prices on nonessential items Do not enter if you are a mother with a well-behaved child.
