Kind and competent. I wanted to suggest to download the greenpass to use the immune app and not IO because it is much simpler and faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da venerdì che chiamo per fissare un appuntamento per il tampone di fine quarantena, visto che ho scoperto di essere positiva tramite un tampone effettuato nella loro farmacia. Il telefono squilla ma loro non rispondono MAI e siccome non mi hanno fornito alcun foglio che attestasse la mia positività sono costretta ad effettuare il tampone in un altro posto PAGANDO.
Per niente professionali.
I have been calling since Friday to make an appointment for the end of quarantine swab, as I found out I was positive from a swab taken in their pharmacy. The phone rings but they NEVER answer and since they have not provided me with any paper that certifies my positivity, I am forced to swab in another place PAYING.
Not at all professional.
